ABOUT THE COURSE:

This course equips emerging and current leaders with the practical skills needed to build and sustain a strong, effective Christian Education ministry. Students will dive into modern approaches to organization, leadership, and team development—learning how to create healthy structures, recruit and empower volunteers, and design a ministry that truly serves today’s church community.

By the end of the course, students will understand how to lead with clarity, collaborate with purpose, and cultivate a Christian Education department that is organized, mission-driven, and ready to grow, serve, and experience transformation.
